A letter to my future self.

What’s up! Life has been interesting, crazy, fun, boring, unexpected, expected a lesson in opposition.

Despite all the constant frustration, you’ve managed to wear glitter every damn day, and hey, that’s kinda a victory, right? Your clothes are on point a ton of shiny stuff, colors, and general epic yoga outfits fit in your closet, so many stories of weird crazy stuffs is not to be forgotten.

You’ve got the most epic friends, and an above average family (well, they are the best).

You get to spend time outside in one of the most beautiful places on earth and you’re in the best shape of your life thus far, so that’s great.

Everything that has happened has lead you to this moment. Don’t change a thing. Everything worked out exactly as it should be. All the puzzle pieces fit, all the paths make sense. All the people were meant to be. All the successes and failures and heartwarming and heartbreaking moments were all worth it. No regrets. You were and are and have been and always will be yourself, and that’s what matters above all.

Right now your life is one giant crossroads. It’s exciting. It’s frustrating. It’s temporary. I hope you have a few more things figured out by now. But I also hope you still have some questions. Keep asking them.

I’m sure you’ve got a lot going on right now, and that’s good. Just don’t lose track of what’s important, what’s worth making time for. Spend time with people you love. That’s first and foremost, always. Pick up the phone. Make some plans. Get outside, even when the couch is calling. Camp in the woods. Build a fire. Have some wine. Stay up late. Climb a mountain. Go for a sail. Trust that things will work out, or change them if you don’t like the charted course. Eat good food cooked from scratch. See live music. Travel abroad with someone you care about. Immerse yourself in a good book. Do you have kids? Raise them right. Spend time with them. Teach them how to shake someone’s hand properly. Write down your thoughts. Tell your stories. Tell others’ stories. Listen. Set goals, both lofty and reasonable. Move your body. Give back.

And never forget to be grateful. You should be oh, so very grateful.

As you continue to age, you’ll continue to get more awesome. Remember, the goal is to peak at 90 (or later). You’ve got a lot of time.

Despite the frustration, you’re on your way to making all your dreams come true (probably).

Now as soon the prevailing condition bid adieu, go on an epic vacation and buy a new outfit with your sweet bank account that you hopefully acquired by now. You’ve earned it.

Keep killing it.

Quality Is a Mindset

The most important need of the moment is to have a peaceful mindset and we try everything to reach there. Hence even the concept of meditation and mind management grows drastically.  Since people around the globe are coming together in the fight against the pandemic (Covid19), the reasons to get restless are 'n' more. So let's see how we can rise from the situation and keep our mental health intact.

The prior thing to know about Quality is that its a variable concept, hence its important to understand whats the quality you preach. Once you have the answer to that we should know what's important in your life right now. I would suggest asking yourself how many ever question you can and start answers to them all. While doing this the most important thing to keep in mind is that everything that you are going through should be your responsibility and yours only, the methods to deal with those also should be only yours.
That's the key because once you find an excuse to blame someone for anything then you are partially letting someone have control over your life and that's not going to aid well in your personal growth. Hence you being the master of your life have to ask yourself for all the possible clarity that you need to understand! this mental orientation of analyzing the events of your life is not Overthinking and when you think about something for too long and still muddle upon it that's overthinking which is not at all suggested by me rather not appreciated.

Ask yourself,
1. What's that which is stopping you from growing every day what's the scariest thing which you are embarrassed about?

3.  What can keep you happy?

4.  What is the best thing right now that you have?

5.  If something went wrong with any person, ask yourself do you need him/her back? If yes, What can you do about it?

Likewise, ask yourself and get answers but don't waste even a moment thinking and weeping over it, Unless its a permanent departure of your loved one.

For me personally Quality means anything that provides consistent growth, When you had an accomplishment and if you get encouraged by the previous success that's a quality event. Hence letting all the negativity out and possessing the positive elements make you a magnet that attracts good vibes.

Some conscious practices I suggest, to begin with, are,
,1. Keep yourself engaged in any productive work regardless of the result but be ready to fail and grow.

2. Keep people who respect each other's mental health closer.

3. Meditate at least 15 minutes, that works like magic, trust me!

4. Be true to your emotions and values and do what you think is right for your growth.

5. Keep yourself and your surroundings clean and tidy, everything matters right now.

6. Having a really good workout and Sleep routine will be the best thing you can do to yourself.

7. Quality of mindset is directly related to the quality of food you intake as well.

8. Smile and be happy because I swear oxytocin(happy hormone secretions) is the result of your good being.

Everything that went wrong to date has passed and you are up on your feet. Understand the best is yet to come, So get yourself up and brace yourself. Nothing is worse than you not believing in yourself. Keep your priorities intact and make sure your quality is not sacrificed, because at the end your mind defines your brand value and you are the ambassador of your brand.

What Keeps You Alive?

The Light in You Reflects in your Life.
Okay! To start with, i always had weird ideas about life, but its okay to be weird when the world is already mad.I’m in no way suggesting that being weird will automatically make you great. There are still other factors you have to take on board, but being ‘weird’ is a step in the right direction.
So, next time someone says “You’re weird”, thank them and continue to find people who appreciate your weirdness without ever demanding that you change.

here’s all the things that people say is weird about me:
– I have no interest in putting down or blaming other people for my problems in life
– When I hear good music, my feet just start moving, regardless of where I am and who’s watching
– I have no desire to get drunk and be all dolled up.(But it may change,Who cares!?)
– I like dogs!(More than humans)
– I laugh at really serious situations.(Like really Loud ,cant help it though)
– I find the idea of keeping it all to you SO STUPID.
– I don’t like to go to parties and have pointless conversations about things I don’t care about, just because ‘everyone else is doing it’. If I’m going to talk to someone, it’s because there’s something I want to know or something I want to know about them. If there’s nothing I wanted to know, I would rather sit in silence.
– I have no desire to hang out with people, just because that’s what you’re supposed to do. If we’re not doing something productive and I’m not moving forward with my life, I have no desire to be part of that world.
– I don’t like to follow social norms. Social norms are often the most boring, pointless and useless things possible.
– I will never get a job just to fit in.
– I think fashion trends are pointless and don’t impact upon my life
– I don’t care how ‘cool’ something is, if I don’t like it, I’m not going to do it
– I like to write long lists
– That often contain irrelevant points, talk alot about it finally acknowledge that was pointless.
– I touch  people  who are close to me and that unknowingly shred out their skin.(I am SORRY)
– I make lots of noise when I eat. Lots of “oh… Mmmm… Ahh….” when the food deserves it
– I believe doing what’s right is more important than looking good
This is where I got stuck. Here’s what my bestie contributed to the list:
– I don’t like sweet.
– I don’t care about proving things to people unless they are mine.
– Pretty much transparent with my feelings.
– I’m very particular about cooking to the point of isolation
– I have a really weird laugh
– I speak really loudly and lean forward when I’m talking about something that I care about
– Play on my phone when someone I don’t care about is talking
– I spend a lot of time figuring out the ‘best’ way to do something so I can be the winner, even when there’s no best way to do it. I get really full on sometimes
– I want to get married when in stress
– I don’t like cats.
– I don’t drink tea.
– I want our kids to be martial arts experts (No, no kids yet)
– I have n number of personal diaries.

And then i noticed the valid, sane me making appropriate points at times, Because it all comes down to what you desire in life and how time lets you reach it as you preach it.
So,Don't you feel you are holding back from desires due to many vague reasons?... Life is not only about desires but as you move forward on your path, you have to take care of many things, so that you can take care of the life around you. Life comes with its daily obligations. You are part of the whole, and thus it’s important for you to serve the life around you.

Hold to your intention, and allow the life to happen. You do what you are accountable for, to achieve your desires, but don’t expect the outside situation, people or event to happen exactly the way you have imagined into your mind. Now, the life brings you the similar people of your interest, and push you further towards your desire. But all this things doesn’t happen in a day.It takes time for your mind to turn the seed of a desire, into a full-fledged thought process, which creates further emotions into your body. When you take actions towards your desire, you come across the people, situations and experiences with your life, that serves you to grow and improve upon your path of desire.
In the process, if you are rigid on the path, and doesn’t accept what life brings to you, than yourself becomes the obstacle. The life has to go through many things to bring something that you really want out of life.Think progressively and find what you want and with whom you want to be with, Make choices, open up and if its not meant to be there are always another option waiting for you.Understand your worth and strive to it.We all have the acumen in us to make happiness, rejoice it and grow getting better day by day.
